CNC Machining of metals and plastics

We offer different kind of CNC machining of metals and plastics.

1. CNC Lathe turning;

1.1. We have 4 CNC lathes, one combined (lathe + milling machine) and 3 universal lathes; 

1.2. We work mainly with the materials below:

— Metals – duraluminium, bronze, brass, copper, stainless steel, steel;

— Plastics – POM, polyurethane, nylon, polypropylene;

1.3. We have the ability to produce mass production of parts by client’s request.

      2. Milling metal and plastic working with complex and simple geometry;

2.1. We have 2 five axes and 2 three axes CNC milling machines;

2.2. We work mainly with the materials below:

— Metals – duraluminium, bronze, brass, copper, stainless steel, steel;

— Plastics – POM, polyurethane, nylon, polypropylene;

2.3. We have the ability to produce mass production of parts by client’s request.

      3. Wire EDM machining;

3.1. We offer wire EDM metal working;

      4. Heat treatment of metals;

4.1. We have heat treatment furnace for annealing tempering, recrystallization annealing and repelling of alloys;

      5. Semi-liquid stamping of aluminum;

5.1. We have a press machine for semi-liquid stamping of aluminum alloys. This method is very suitable for producing of shell-like parts from aluminum.
